Focus Shift

We were going Through the pictures on my phone this morning and you noticed (and I noticed too but had hoped that you missed it) that there are fewer pics and videos of you lately than of the little kids. I think the reason is that I get more time during the day with them. 

But now that I see it, it's about to change!!  So Say Cheese!!!!  By the way- how beautiful are you?!?!  Crazy beautiful esp with your new haircut.

Beauty Parlor

You have told me for a while that you wanted to play "beauty parlor". I knew that we were going to have Katie over for a play date on saturday, so I thought the timing was perfect. 

 I went to the dollar store and got a wide array of make up, hair products, combs, curlers, brushes... Etc. 

We had fun, I thought. 

And then... You (captain honesty without filter)... I asked you if you had a good time playing beauty parlor.  You honestly reply... without batting an eye...

"Not really. It wasn't very uh uh fun really". 

Ouch. 

Attitude

Ugh. After school lately you have been so cranky. You scream and yell at me and your brother and sister in between being very sweet. I am not sure what is going on with you and we will have to fix it. 

Frozen

You girls are loving the movie Frozen!

I am loving seeing you get dressed up and sing the songs from this really great, beautiful, and well done movie.
